Job Description Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and other avenues
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Deliver accurate and complete information to customers.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Software Teams to escape technical issues.
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and composure.
- Support additional tasks as needed in a dynamic, startup environment.
$40,000 to $43,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
