Customer Solutions Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

Accurate Lock & Hardware is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of hardware solutions by working closely with customers and internal teams to translate project requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.

This position sits at the intersection of client communication, project coordination, and product application, supporting a wide range of clients including showroom and contract hardware distributors, OEM partners, architects, designers, and specifiers.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects from initial inquiry through order execution.

• Support customer communication via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Assist in understanding customer needs and translating them into appropriate product solutions
• Prepare and process quotations, orders, and project documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate internally with Customer Solutions, Sales Operations, and Technical teams to ensure alignment across all projects
• Maintain visibility across active projects, including order status, lead times, and follow-up actions
• Apply product knowledge to support customer applications and solution development
• Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and responsiveness
• Contribute to a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
