Compensation Range: 21.06 hourly. Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Actual pay may differ.

• Oversee front desk operations and serve as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm.
• Support and train new front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest‑ready.

• Customer service experience with strong people skills and patience.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with hotel systems.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
