Luxe Supply Holdings is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage and resolve customer and seller concerns across multiple accounts. You will be the voice of our brand, delivering professional, timely support and maintaining strong relationships across three to five accounts.
In this full-time role, you’ll meet SLAs, de-escalate issues, and proactively improve the customer experience in the fast-moving live streaming and luxury resale space. Relocation assistance is not available.
