NBCUniversal is hiring a Platform Operations Associate primarily responsible for the on‑platform execution of VOD content under the Telemundo network, as well as other NBCUniversal brands. The role is a 24/7 operation that manages a large digital library, including artwork, metadata, and related assets that power the streaming library.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of building and scheduling Telemundo VOD content, immersive pages, and contextual features.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of building and scheduling NBCUniversal brand environments (Bravo, NBC News, etc.).
- Ideate and collaborate on new product enhancements, advising on implementation that brings said experience to life.
- Provide additional support for tentpole initiatives across NBCUniversal verticals, including high‑profile content launches, breaking news events, and marquee sporting events.
- Evaluate incidents to identify immediate solutions, working with the Impact team and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Act as liaison between Merchandising Strategy, Product, Ad Sales, and Programming teams to ensure all parties are informed of platform scheduling.
- Support the Manager of Platform Operations in process optimizations, product enhancements, and both strategic and creative decision‑making.
- Proficient in spoken and written Spanish and English.
- 2+ years’ experience working on digital media platforms.
- 2+ years of experience managing title operations or publishing at a large‑scale merchandising, e‑commerce, or video service.
- Experience with CMS toolsets and Air Table.
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate workflows and concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes for efficiencies and develop new workflows for continual improvement of platform operations.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Hands‑on experience managing complex publishing projects.
- Comfort working with a range of content management systems and software tools.
- Strong sense of ownership over accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with different workflows and procedures.
- Proven ability to set and meet deadlines for large‑volume content publishing.
- Clear, consistent communication with cross‑functional teams.
- Commitment to improving workflows and processes.
- Maintain strong leadership skills and be a committed team player.

This position requires working from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time. - This position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other discounts and perks. Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000.
