Position OverviewSWC Office Furniture is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager / Product Application Specialist to join our growing team.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales process and managing projects from specification through installation. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team, customers, designers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate possesses strong contract office furniture industry knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with project coordination, furniture applications, specifications, and vendor order management.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, furniture specifications, design documents, and sales orders.
- Communicate with clients, end users, architects, designers, project managers, manufacturers, and vendor partners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and supporting project documentation.
- Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor orders through completion and proactively resolve issues when they arise.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide project support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of contract office furniture industry experience.
- Strong understanding of furniture specification, product applications, order processing, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and design documentation.

- Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
