Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Teacher with lesson plans
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Prepare classroom materials and ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Supervise and support children individually
  • Communicate with parents about progress and activities
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Support routine childcare tasks to foster a nurturing environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred
