Your role: create and implement focused reading workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the expansion of that framework to campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities.
- Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks.
- Reviewing student performance data to adjust teaching methods and extract practical insights.
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes.
- Building scalable, AI‑supported materials that help early elementary learners reach grade‑level reading proficiency.
- Leading 90‑minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum frameworks—students engage with core academic content through AI‑adaptive applications.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students.
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula.
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
