We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K/Kindergarten Teacher to provide maternity leave coverage at our esteemed educational institution. As an ECH teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career teacher to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of children.
Experience and
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field; advanced degree(s) preferable, not required
Teaching certification preferred.
Experience working with early childhood or elementary aged children
Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor
A solid understanding of child development, varied learning styles, and effective strategies for dealing with such differences
Well-developed, effective classroom management skills
Strong organization skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Works well in a collaborative model with other administrators, teachers, and parents
Experience with integrating technology into the classroom
Ability to engage and inspire students, parents, and families
