M-F, August 24, 2026 - March 2027 (dates can be adjusted based on teacher return)

As an ECH teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students. Experience

and

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field; advanced degree(s) preferable, not required

Teaching certification preferred.

Experience working with early childhood or elementary aged children

Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor

A solid understanding of child development, varied learning styles, and effective strategies for dealing with such differences

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Works well in a collaborative model with other administrators, teachers, and parents

Experience with integrating technology into the classroom

Ability to engage and inspire students, parents, and families
