General Statement: To work with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address significant student behavioral issues, help to implement more complex learning plans, activities of daily living, and support social skills development, either in the educational setting or in the home.
Behavior Technicians are responsible for monitoring Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based instructional plans under the supervision of the BCBA and the teacher plans as directed by the BCBA for a caseload of students identified by the BCBA.

Note: Teachers dually certified in TESOL, Bilingual Education or ESL, with experience in Sheltered Instruction or fluency in a language other than English, will be given preference for all Stamford Public School positions.
