Fairfield University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors in the English Core Writing Program starting September 2026. Selected candidates may teach up to two 3-credit ENGL 1001 sections. Candidates with a Ph.D.
in Rhetoric and Composition are preferred;
Master’s in related fields also considered. Demonstrated excellence in teaching first-year writing is required; experience in WAC/WID is preferred.
