Education Administration, Professional Development, Career & Life Skills Coaching
The most effective leaders understand that success is not defined by their own accomplishments, but by the achievements of those they lead.
If you have a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, elevating others beyond their perceived limits, and operating in environments where excellence is non-negotiable, this opportunity allows you to apply that expertise to shape future generations.
At Alpha, students don't sit through traditional lectures. They progress through academics using adaptive technology, while Guides concentrate on coaching, accountability, motivation, and essential life skills. As a Lead Guide, your mission is to build and develop the team that brings this model to life—coaching Guides, cultivating leaders, and fostering an environment where students routinely surpass expectations.
This is neither an instructional coaching position nor a traditional teaching role. You won't review lesson plans or observe lectures—because they don't exist here. Instead, you'll establish a culture of excellence by coaching your team, facilitating dynamic life skills workshops, and inspiring students to reach ambitious milestones. Your effectiveness will be evaluated through the caliber of student experiences, your team's results, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while motivating others to achieve them.
Alpha is constructing the world's premier K-12 experience. This demands leaders who have already demonstrated their ability to elevate team performance, make objective decisions grounded in data, and champion innovative approaches instead of clinging to conventional methods. If this resonates with you, we want to connect.
This position is presently available at select Alpha campuses:
Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Miami, FL;
Miami Beach, FL;
Boston, MA;
Raleigh, NC;

If you currently reside in one of these areas—or are prepared to relocate—we encourage you to reach out. Outstanding candidates from other locations are also welcome to apply. As Alpha expands, we consistently place exceptional leaders in roles throughout our growing campus network.
