Requirements include:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Connecticut Teaching Certification appropriate for the grade level and subject area (required).
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to educational equity and high expectations for all students.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
