is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Teachers
to join their premier preschool in Stamford, CT.The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training.
- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Full-Time and Part-Time;
Monday-Friday; year-round employment
- Co-Lead Teachers:working with the age group of your choice between 2 months to 5 years old and the shift can be 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Floater Teachers:must be willing to work with all age groups from 6 weeks to 5 years old and the shift can be 9:00am to 6:00pm, 11:00am to 6:00pm, or 11:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Co-Lead Teachers: $19.00 to $24.00/hour
pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience - Floater Teachers: $18.00 to $20.00/hour

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child s progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field - REQUIRED Experience:3years of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Floater Teacher
- REQUIRED
Education:
High School Diploma - REQUIRED Experience:1 year of experience working with children in any capacity
- All Positions
- Must
be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib - Must
meet background check eligibility - Must
be at least 18-years-old
