The most effective leaders recognize that their success is defined not by their own achievements, but by the accomplishments of those they develop.
If you have a proven track record of building exceptional teams, elevating individuals beyond their perceived limits, and operating in cultures where excellence is non-negotiable, this opportunity allows you to leverage those capabilities in shaping future generations.
At Alpha, the traditional lecture model doesn't exist. Students progress through academics via adaptive technology while Guides concentrate on mentorship, inspiration, accountability, and essential life competencies. As a Lead Guide, your role centers on assembling and developing the team that drives this approach-mentoring Guides, cultivating emerging leaders, and fostering an environment where students routinely surpass expectations.
This is neither an instructional coaching position nor a traditional teaching role. You won't dedicate time to lesson plan reviews or classroom observations because those elements don't exist here. Instead, your focus is building a culture of excellence through Guide development, facilitating dynamic life skills workshops, and inspiring students toward ambitious achievement. You'll be evaluated on the caliber of student experiences, team effectiveness, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while motivating others to reach them.
Alpha is constructing the world's premier K-12 educational experience. This demands leaders who have demonstrated their ability to elevate others' performance, make evidence-based decisions, and champion innovative approaches rather than defend legacy systems. If this resonates with you, we're eager to connect.

Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Miami, FL;
Miami Beach, FL;
Boston, MA;

As Alpha's footprint expands, we consistently align exceptional leaders with emerging opportunities throughout our growing campus network.
