Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

• Lead multiple manufacturing and capital projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects, including facility expansions and equipment installations.
• Oversee equipment relocation, startup, commissioning, and project implementation.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to maintain project timelines.
• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Review project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to leadership and project teams.
• Manage electrical, mechanical, and construction contractors while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Mentor project team members and promote accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience managing both Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of capital equipment, facility expansions, manufacturing processes, and industrial construction.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

This position is responsible for managing projects from concept through completion, including facility expansions, plant consolidations, equipment relocations, and process improvement initiatives.
