Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
Job Details- Lead multiple manufacturing and capital projects from planning through execution and completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects, including facility expansions and equipment installations.
- Oversee equipment relocation, startup, commissioning, and project implementation.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to maintain project timelines.
- Manage project budgets, costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Review project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to leadership and project teams.
- Manage electrical, mechanical, and construction contractors while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Mentor project team members and promote accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience managing both Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects.
- Strong understanding of capital equipment, facility expansions, manufacturing processes, and industrial construction.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.

This position is responsible for managing projects from concept through completion, including facility expansions, plant consolidations, equipment relocations, and process improvement initiatives.
