Aimic Inc seeks an HVAC engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join a Project Management role focusing on the design of HVAC systems for commercial, retail, residential and institutional projects. Proficiency in CAD and Revit is required, with familiarity in NYC codes and LL 97 a plus.
The position involves significant client contact, site visits for surveys, and coordination of plumbing, sprinkler and fire alarm trades. Excellent English is essential; NYS PE licensure is desirable.
