BLT is seeking a dependable Building Engineer - Commercial to support the Harbor Point, Stamford, CT portfolio. This full-time, hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting building systems and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support. You will maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS/EMS, and related systems across our commercial properties.
