VP Financial Planning & Analysis

We re seeking a VP of FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial strategy and drive value across a global Group of multi-$B companies. This role is ideal for a progressive finance leader who thrives at the intersection of strategic insight, operational execution, and financial rigor.

As the FP&A Leader, you’ll partner directly with senior stakeholders to shape investment decisions, optimize capital allocation, and elevate performance across the portfolio. You’ll lead a high-impact team and build best-in-class FP&A capabilities that support long-term value creation.

• Deliver executive and investor reporting that drives clarity, alignment, and action.
• Partner with business leaders across multiple entities to support investment theses, resource planning, and operational strategy.
• Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with precision and agility.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop financial models and systems that enable real-time decision support and performance tracking.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, coming from a leadership role in FP&A or Consulting
• Proven success as a strategic partner in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Strong analytical and business storytelling skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with finance transformations, systems implementations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred).
