Operations Manager - Global Hedge Fund - TC

A multi-billion-dollar hedge fund that is experiencing rapid growth across the platform is currently looking to hire an Operations Manager to sit in their Stamford, CT office.

This is a true build-and-own opportunity where you’ll take end-to-end ownership of a critical post-trade oversight function across cash and securities activity, ensuring data integrity, issue resolution, and strong operational discipline across a complex, multi-asset trading environment. You’ll implement scalable workflows and reporting, set clear escalation paths, manage key third-party relationships, lead a small team and drive automation and process enhancements in close partnership with Operations leadership, Fund Finance, and Technology as the business continues to scale.

The firm continues to expand aggressively—bringing on PMs from top global hedge funds—and this hire will play a key role in supporting that growth. The environment is collaborative, high-energy, albeit there is still some WFH Flex offered.
