Junior Operations Analyst

We are a Stamford, CT based alternative investment manager with $1

Bln AUM and a 30-year track record.

The position will support the proxy voting and daily operational functions of the firm. This role is ideal for an analytical, diligent and very detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands‑on experience in hedge fund proxy voting, operations, portfolio administration, and middle‑office processes.

• Analyze management circulars and corporate ballots.
• Engaged with internal portfolio managers and analysts to evaluate proxy votes.
• Prepare analysis for effective engagement with management and directors.
• Monitor trade settlements, corporate actions, and cash movements to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve position breaks or other discrepancies.
• Assist in completing subscription documents for private investment opportunities in primary and secondary equity offerings.
• Assist in monitoring position ownership thresholds and completing disclosure filings.
• Support marketing function maintaining accurate data and documentation.
• Undertake project work in all areas of firm operations as needed.
• Participate in system enhancements and workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
• Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Bloomberg and Order Management Systems is a plus.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.

• 1 to 4 years of experience in finance.
• Accounting or related discipline preferred but not required.

• Pay will be based on qualifications and experience. Salary range is $85-$120K.
• Compensation will include a discretionary cash bonus as well as the potential for future profit participation.
