- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to FPA team and management
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Assist with the annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop models that help with decision-making as needed
- Provide support to Accounting team during month end close as needed to ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting
- Will be required to work occasionally outside of standard working hours or at weekends during budget/reforecast periods
- Perform ad hoc requests in support of business partners
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or other related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, CFA or MBA a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with ERP systems and budgeting/planning tools (e.g., TM1, SAP)
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
