Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to FPA team and management
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Assist with the annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Develop models that help with decision-making as needed
  • Provide support to Accounting team during month end close as needed to ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting
  • Will be required to work occasionally outside of standard working hours or at weekends during budget/reforecast periods
  • Perform ad hoc requests in support of business partners
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or other related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, CFA or MBA a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and budgeting/planning tools (e.g., TM1, SAP)
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required
