Position Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking Finance Manager, FP&A to drive strategic insights through advanced data analytics, automation, and financial modeling. This role requires a strong foundation in traditional FP&A practices with an enhanced ability to harness technology, optimize systems, and apply AI and data tools to elevate forecasting, planning, and performance reporting.
You will play a key role in transforming how the Finance function uses data—partnering cross-functionally to drive smarter, faster decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating global divisions, reviewing results and evaluating business risks and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and visualizations that drive business action.
- Maintain and enhance the FP&A system - Adaptive Insights- ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Design and deliver dynamic dashboards and self-serve financial tools using Power BI platform.
- Partner with IT and Data teams to define and improve data architecture, ensuring reliable, accessible, and well-structured financial data sets.
- Improve forecasting and decision‑making by using AI tools to streamline data review, highlight trends, and deliver clearer insights and analysis to leadership.
- Provide financial support for business cases, ROI analysis, and investment decision-making.
- Support executive and board-level presentations with high-impact financial storytelling.
- Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices and advanced Excel/BI tool usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with Forecast Reporting Tools, ideally Adaptive Insights.
- Background in a manufacturing or consumer products environment.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- Occasional travel required as needed.
