Job Description

We are looking for a self‑motivated, organized individual who can assist us in putting into place financial management & reporting.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP (or applicable accounting standards)
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Maintain documentation for financial policies and procedures

• Keep track of the credit card expenditure and use against statements
• Monthly billing of services to clients in our CT base
• Giving tours of the property to potential clients
• Oversee maintenance together with property manager
• In charge of making payments to vendors outside of payroll
