Senior Investment Analyst

A growing investment firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join its lean, high-impact team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a background in financial services, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. • Lead due diligence and deal execution for potential fund investments
• Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments across multiple funds
• Source and synthesize data to identify structuring, risk, and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party administrators and service providers
• Develop internal dashboards to track fund and service provider performance
• Support investment reporting and risk management initiatives
• Prepare and present executive-level reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in financial services or investment management
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with VBA and SQL is a plus
• Experience with investor reporting and financial modeling
