Our client company is a publicly traded holding company with businesses across specialty finance and transportation. The organization combines operational execution with strong governance, systems discipline, and financial rigor, leveraging technology, automation, and emerging AI to drive growth and operational excellence.

We’re seeking an FP&A Analyst to own modeling, forecasting, and reporting for operations. This high-ownership role will:

• Maintain and enhance complex Excel models; simplify, modularize, and govern them
• Build forecasts, budgets, reforecasts, and 13-week cash flows
• Produce board- and management-ready reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Analyze scenarios, unit economics, and operational drivers

• 3–7+years FP&A / operating finance experience
• Advanced Excel modeling skills;
  Power BI proficiency required
• SQL experience preferred
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate numbers into executive narratives
• Interest/experience in AI-enabled finance tools a plus

• FP&A professionals with experience in asset-heavyor logistics businesses
• Candidates who can own the full cycle: inputs ? model ? forecast ? variance ? narrative ? board materials
• Pragmatic, disciplined, and forward-thinking finance professionals
