Position Summary
JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing Regional Bank that is looking for a Treasury Management Officer for their Connecticut territory.
The Treasury Management Officer is responsible for the operational administration, implementation, maintenance, and support of treasury management products and services. This role serves as a liaison between customers, sales officer, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate setup, servicing, compliance, and ongoing support of treasury management solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Process and maintain treasury management products, including ACH, wire transfer, remote deposit capture, positive pay, online banking, merchant services, and related cash management services
- Coordinate new product implementations, system setups, user access, testing, and customer onboarding
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for treasury management products and services
- Monitor daily treasury management activities and exceptions to ensure timely resolution
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain customer records, service agreements, pricing schedules, and system profiles
- Assist customers and internal staff with product inquiries, service requests, and operational issues
- Work closely with deposit operations, compliance, information technology, and vendors to resolve service-related matters
- Prepare operational reports, audits, and documentation as required
- Participate in product updates, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of banking, treasury management, deposit operations, or related financial services experience
- Working knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, online banking, and treasury management products preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
