Your role
* Process payment repairs for payment messages that have been formatted incorrectly to ensure best execution for our clients
* Make sure payments are processed accurately and timely, and any delays are resolved quickly and efficiently
* Perform efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment, handling a wide variety of transaction types
* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure best in class service and create initiatives for process enhancements
* Display superior communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve client inquiries

Your expertise
* detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
* focused on getting the best results for our clients
* good communication and interpersonal skills
* ideally 2-5 years of experience in a banking or payments role
* Expertise in payment operations such as wire transfers, foreign exchange and USD payment investigations
* Working knowledge of payment systems, for example, SWIFT, Fedwire or CHIPS is a plus
