Portfolio Reporting & Client Delivery, Manager

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a fast‑growing fintech platform serving the wealth management and alternative investment space. This firm partners with RIAs, family offices, wirehouses, custodians, and other financial institutions to support portfolio reporting, data aggregation, onboarding, and client delivery across both traditional and alternative investments.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates who enjoy operating at the intersection of client service, investment reporting, operations, and technology, while also taking on team leadership and process improvement responsibilities.

• Supporting and maintaining financial reporting and data aggregation platforms
• Analyzing and explaining portfolio performance results
• Performing account‑level reconciliations and resolving data breaks, cancels, and corrections
• Reviewing private equity and hedge fund statements for system input and reporting accuracy
• Partnering with clients and internal teams to resolve reporting and data issues
• Assisting with client onboarding, account setup, training, and ongoing support
• Setting up and maintaining financial accounts, assets, classifications, and data feeds
• Creating custom reports based on client needs
• Helping improve processes, controls, and operational workflows
• Leading and developing a team of client‑facing analysts and associates
• Coaching team members through complex client and reporting issues
• Prioritizing team workflows and ensuring high‑quality execution
• Partnering with senior management on process improvement and special projects

• 7‑10+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, portfolio reporting, client delivery, family office operations, or a related field
• Prior people management or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and portfolio reporting
• Experience supporting RIAs, family offices, investment advisors, wirehouses, or custodians
• Familiarity with platforms such as Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, Masttro, or similar
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to lead through complex reporting and operational issues

• Base salary range: $100,000 to $125,000
