The RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, and business insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to help drive data‑driven decisions and provide visibility into company performance. WhatYou’ll Do
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning
- Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, headcount, and operating expenses
- Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to support business decisions
- Analyze performance trends and provide insights on variances vs. plan
- Assist in evaluating new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance across the business
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Support development and improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
- Assist with implementation and optimization of financial systems
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
- 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate insights clearly
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or subscription‑based business models
- Exposure to SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline, revenue forecasting)
- Experience with tools like Net Suite, Salesforce, or BI platforms
