Ideal Candidate Profile
Six to ten years of experience in fund accounting, middle/back-office operations, or project management within financial services or private equity.
Proven, hands-on experience with TPA conversions, preferably in private equity or alternative investments.
Working knowledge of SEI and Geneva Fund Accounting platforms.
Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations, and reporting requirements.
Skilled in documenting and streamlining processes (SOPs, RACI, process flows, handoffs).
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with a hybrid work setup; must be able to commute to Stamford, CT three days per week.
