- Process payment repairs for payment messages that have been formatted incorrectly to ensure best execution for our clients
- Make sure payments are processed accurately and timely, and any delays are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment, handling a wide variety of transaction types
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure best in class service and create initiatives for process enhancements

Your teamYou’ll be working in the Payments Processing Team in Stamford CT. We provide payment and cash management services across various branches. This helps our clients transfer balances, pay their mortgages and bills, or settle financial transactions. As a Payment & Cash Specialist, you’ll play an important role in providing excellent service to our clients.
Your expertise- detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- focused on getting the best results for our clients
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ideally 2-5 years of experience in a banking or payments role
- Expertise in payment operations such as wire transfers, foreign exchange and USD payment investigations
- Working knowledge of payment systems, for example, SWIFT, Fedwire or CHIPS is a plus
