Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Financial Reporting, Financial Compliance
This role manages day‑to‑day co‑marketing programs with key ecosystem partners, overseeing how marketing development (MDF/co‑op) funds are earned, allocated, spent, and reconciled. The person partners closely with vendors and internal teams to plan campaigns and events, track fund accruals, manage spend approvals, and ensure all activity complies with partner requirements. They handle the operational and financial follow‑through and will be validating invoices, reconciling payments and credit notes, maintaining audit‑ready documentation, and reporting results.
The role also supports partner business reviews and leadership readouts by consolidating performance data, spend visibility, and ROI to ensure strong partner relationships and full reimbursement. This is a 6‑month ongoing contract and pays $58‑$62hr.

Skillsand Requirements
- Hands‑on experience managing MDF (marketing development funds) or co‑op marketing funds
- Track spend requests and approvals, collect/validate invoices, spend requests, approvals, and remaining balances
- Strong understanding of partner reimbursement rules and compliance
- Experience collecting, validating, and reconciling invoices, payments, and credit notes
- Strong program management skills (owning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables end‑to‑end)
- Experience working directly with external partners/vendors (ex: Cisco, Microsoft, Intel‑type partners)
- Ability to manage operational partner relationships, not just strategy
- Strong Excel skills (tracking, reconciliations, rollups, pivot tables)
- Ability to report on spend, performance, and ROI clearly and accurately
- Reporting performance of co‑marketing investments (Tableau/Excel)
- Bachelor’s Degree
