As a(n) Analyst – Investor Relations within PNC's Solebury Investor Relations organization, you will be based in Stamford, CT.

Job Description- Works with Solebury's senior advisory team to assist CEOs, CFOs and Investor Relations Officers in managing their relationships with investors, equity research analysts and other stakeholders.
- Assists in development and maintenance of client investor relations strategies, plans, and activities. Organizes collected information and results to assist in developing content for quarterly financial results, including earnings presentations, press releases, scripts, and Q&A documents.
- Manages the investor relations portion of client's web site. Organizes logistics for investor conferences, non‑deal roadshows, earnings calls, and investor meetings. Monitors and summarizes research analyst reports for senior management.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive buy‑side database, investor call log and email distribution list. Manages requests from investors and other stakeholders.
- Research prospective clients and industries and develops presentations for business development meetings.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $52,500.00 – $87,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
