• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis under the CFO's direction
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and KPI dashboards for leadership
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and treasury/debt processes
• Partner with accounting leadership to support accurate month‑end close and reporting
• Serve as a finance partner to department heads, providing analysis and decision support
• Manage and develop finance team members

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience
• Experience in a private, mid‑sized, or operating company environment; leveraged business experience preferred
• Strong ERP/accounting systems experience and advanced Excel or financial planning tool skills
