Rhone is seeking a Director of FP&A to act as the strategic right hand to our senior finance leadership. This hands-on, player-coach role will own budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance reporting, while building a team that grows with the business.
You will lead the multi-department budgeting process, maintain the long-range model, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to translate decisions into financial impact.
