Our client is a rapidly growing financial technology firm that partners with financial advisors, wealth management firms, asset managers, and other institutional investment professionals to streamline investment operations and reporting across public and private markets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.
  • Perform account reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks, cancels, and corrections.
  • Review private equity and hedge fund statements for data input and validation.
  • Partner with clients to resolve data quality and reporting issues.

Client Delivery & Relationship Management

  • Support client onboarding, account setup, training, and ongoing client service.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational and technical inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and external partners.

Platform Administration & Operations

  • Configure and maintain financial software applications.
  • Set up new clients, accounts, assets, and classifications.
  • Assist with data feed management and system enhancements.
  • Develop customized reports based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party technology vendors regarding system improvements and data issues.
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Help develop and maintain operational procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of relevant experience within wealth management, financial technology, investment operations, or client service.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment products.
  • Experience supporting RIAs, family offices, wealth management firms, custodians, or wirehouses.
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Comfortable learning new financial technology platforms.
