RBC Global Asset Management seeks an Investment Policy Analyst in Stamford, CT, reporting to the Investment Policy Director. You will focus on securitized credit (CLOs, CMBS, RMBS, ABS) and support other asset classes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
You will influence pre-trade and post-trade controls, develop and maintain policy documentation, and collaborate across Legal, Investment, and Technology teams to enhance compliance programs.
