State Street is seeking a Compliance Officer for the Markets Swap Dealer Compliance team. The role advises internal stakeholders on SEC, CFTC and NFA swaps requirements, develops policies, procedures, training and governance, and leads remediation of noncompliance.
You will engage with Markets Financing Solutions, FX Sales & Trading, Compliance, Legal, Operations, ERM, Finance and Audit to drive the compliance program and reporting, including annual and ad‑hoc reporting.
