Robinson+Cole seeks a corporate finance associate to join its Business Transactions Practice Group. The position is based in Hartford, Stamford, Boston, or New York, with a hybrid schedule (in-office 2–3 days per week).
Qualified candidates have 3–6 years of corporate finance experience representing borrowers and lenders in debt financings. Experience with acquisition finance and venture lending is preferred but not required.
