You will work directly with Partners to source, screen, structure, and lead primary due diligence, negotiate terms, review models, and prepare memos for the Investment Committee.
This role emphasizes mentorship of Associates and Summer Associates, exposure to cash-flow lending, non-sponsored and sponsored deals, and strategic projects. In-office presence 4 days a week.
