RolePurpose:
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.
Moneycorp is entering one of the most significant periods in its history - transforming our operating model, sharpening how we work, and accelerating growth across our global business. We're looking for an exceptional individual to work directly with our Group CEO and help drive it.
You'll sit at the centre of the organisation, a front-row seat to the most consequential decisions in the business, with the chance to actively shape outcomes, not just observe them.
Role Responsibilities:- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple business units and geographies
- Structure critical decisions for executive and Board discussion
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic, operational and people matters
- Get exposure to M&A activity, governance, regulatory initiatives and Board-level priorities
- A top-tier MBA graduate with 5-7+ years' post-MBA experience
- Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or high-growth/PE-backed operating environments
- Exceptional judgement, analytical rigor and a genuine bias for action
- Someone with intellectual curiosity, low ego and a hunger to build a serious leadership career
- This role offers a salary range between $180,000 to 250,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package including bonus

Stamford, CT - Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 5.00pm - Flexibility will be required in line with business needs
