Join our dynamic two-year rotational program designed to propel recent graduates into a career of Physical & Financial commodity trading, with a strong focus on risk management and cutting-edge technology. Analysts initially participate in a variety of onboarding training sessions before joining their first desk for a 6-month rotation, typically on a physical trading desk, followed by a 6-month rotation on a financial trading desk or with our Risk team.

Analysts in the program are able to participate in up to four rotations, pending performance, and at any point in time a desk can extend an offer to join their team permanently. Following your first financial rotation you will either be matched with a third rotation or be permanently placed on a desk.

Throughout the program, you’ll engage with company leaders, gain insights into global market strategies, and develop a robust understanding of the commodities landscape. • Analyze markets to identify trading opportunities, analyzing and understanding risks
• Design and develop models to analyze economic data, market fundamentals and forecast prices
• Perform research and statistical studies of identified risk factors
• Identify market pricing trends and discontinuity
• Design and formulate trade ideas and execute with rigorous risk management control. Run back-testing to verify the strategy prior to production execution
• Review research reports and articles that examine recent developments in the energy markets.
• Build up close connection with external consultancies and internal research team
