Senior Relationship Manager, Hedge Fund Services

• Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience
• Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models and evolving needs
• Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor services support
• Resolve issues, improve service delivery and support strong client satisfaction
• Align service expectations, agreements and requirements across internal teams and clients
• Facilitate investor and client due diligence sessions
• Build relationships with C-suite leaders and senior decision makers
• Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting
• Identify growth opportunities and support delivery of new products and services
• Manage client profitability, pricing strategy, competitive awareness and repricing
• Provide consulting, leadership and technical guidance across key functional areas
• Promote collaboration, accountability and a one team approach
• Solve complex business and operational issues using strong knowledge of hedge fund services and alternative investments
• Coordinate client training on technology platforms, tools and service processes
• Manage escalations involving sensitive conversations and complex issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management, alternative investments or consulting
• Strong client relationship management skills with institutional clients, senior leaders and cross functional teams
• Experience supporting complex institutional clients or alternative investment managers
• Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading or asset servicing functions
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities, projects and service issues in a fast paced environment
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and strategic information clearly
• Sound judgment, strong decision making skills and high integrity
• Proactive, collaborative working style with a strong interest in learning, technology and continuous improvement
