Glastonbury, CT | East Hartford, CT | New Britain, CT

Salary up to $100,000

Center-Based Early Intervention Role

We are recruiting for a center-based BCBA position supporting early learners (ages 2–5) across multiple Connecticut locations, including Glastonbury, East Hartford, and New Britain.

This role is structured, clinically focused, and designed for long-term stability. It suits BCBAs who value high standards of supervision, ethical practice, and consistent delivery of care.

The Role
  • Center-based services only
  • Early intervention population (ages 2–5)
  • One remote day per week (following onboarding)
  • Salary up to $100,000

You will oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, review data weekly, conduct assessments, and collaborate closely with families and clinical leadership. The model is primarily play-based and natural environment teaching, with flexibility in clinical tools and approach.

Clinical autonomy is respected, with clear expectations around supervision quality and program integrity.

Clinical Environment
  • Strong emphasis on ethical practice
  • Consistent team structure and expectations
  • Regular BCBA collaboration and case discussion
  • Clear processes and administrative support

This is not a high-volume or loosely structured environment. It is organised, predictable, and focused on clinical consistency.

Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Commitment to professional and ethical standards
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • CEU support and professional development
  • Predictable schedule with long-term stability
This position tends to attract BCBAs who:
  • Prefer a structured, center-based setting
  • Value early intervention work
  • Prioritise supervision quality and clinical standards
  • Want stability in their week and clarity in expectations

If that aligns with how you feel ABA should be done then apply with your resume.
