FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist (Medical Receptionist) to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut. The Client Care Specialist is the first and last person our amazing clients see when they enter and leave our cutting-edge facility, your role as Client Care Specialist is central to our daily operations. Responsibilities
  • Handle client scheduling, communication, follow up calls, and answer any questions from potential or current clients
  • Gather and maintain client data; keep track of all client referrals
  • Collect all payments; insurance verification
  • Communicate with physical therapists about scheduling, patient arrivals, and patient needs
  • Keep a log of all reports sent to and from doctors
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the clinic including but not limited to opening and closing the clinic, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining a professional appearance throughout the clinic
  • Ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
