: 12-month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

• Manage product stability (analysis and testing) while documenting progress and results
• Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing
• Support laboratory batching of body care products (e.g., hand soaps and body washes) and sample submissions
• Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products
• Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment
• Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 1-3 years of demonstrated laboratory experience
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data
• Comfortable and able to work with toxic chemicals while following safe laboratory practices/protocols
• Ability to stand while working in the laboratory throughout most of the day
