Target - - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.;
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks to solve their needs.;
Engage with guests to promote current promos, store activities, and loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.;
Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards; minimize guest wait time.;
Understand and explain the features and offerings within the Target App including Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
